There were trees outside and the fluttering leaves were nice.
There was AC/heat and the window could be opened (& screened) for a nice breeze. The ceiling had a large recessed rectangle in blue.perhaps to resemble the sky. The room was spacious and decorated in dark browns, The new carpet was brown with bright blue accents. The room was quiet and conveniently located not far from the elevator. The room (218) was next to the balcony overlooking the lobby and out towards the entrance. My husband and I stayed in one of the Lodge's deluxe rooms which had recently been renovated with a super comfortable plush king size bed and nice linens.
