Since the Cafe was the only place to eat, my boyfriend and I had to drive almost an hour at 12am to get food. The manager called me back at which time I told her there was hair on the food. My boyfriend opened our food ( we got it to go) and there was hair on the food. The hotel manager called me and I told her everything that happened and she said she would give me a complimentary breakfast at the same cafe for the morning. I called housekeeping for a comment card and they called the hotel manager. So I went to my room and couldn't find the comment card. I asked to speak to the hotel supervisor when the security supervisor came out and spoke down to me and told me to write all my complaints on the hotel comment card in my room. My boyfriend took me to Pala as a surprise getaway, the suite was nice but the service was horrible! We got food from The Cafe and they told us they didnt serve one of the things we ordered even though it was on the menu.
